Nick Ylagan

Implementation Services Manager

Nick has 13 years of experience working with hardware and software and 6 years of management and customer service experience. He spent one of those years doing help desk trouble shooting for several customer service stores of his previous employer.

Nick has a strong background in Desktop systems. After he completes his education at Elizabethtown Community and Technical College as a Computer Technician, he is looking to expand his certifications in Security and Networking.

In his off time, Nick likes to hike, play the mobile game Pokémon GO, and take scenic pictures. He also likes to live stream games for his friends and followers when he has the downtime.

Nick hasn’t been with us long but so far his favorite memory at Axiom has been his first day when he was asked by a coworker if he worked here when getting introduced as a new hire.
